personalized fitness plans for beginners. We
understand that it can be intimidating to get started and we
will make you comfortable. Personal training is
perfect because your workout will be custom made for where
you are.
If you are just getting
started, ask about special programs for beginners including Yoga,
strength training, or Weight Loss with
Sue.
We also offer
fitness plans for advanced athletes ready to go to
the next level. Need to get out of a slump or get
ready for an event? We have Boot Camps and Personal
Training for any level as well as Yoga for the advanced
student.
We are located near Uptown Westerville, convenient to
Gahanna, New Albany, Worthington, Lewis Center, Otterbein
College.
