How Lena Lost 100+ Pounds

       

Lena has been a working out with Jud for four years.  She is a member of the Tri-Fitness Weight Loss group and consistently attends the Hoover Dam boot camp.

She is such an inspiration, because she has lost over 100 pounds without any kind of quick fix, program, or diet.  She made lots of relevant changes, and those changes added up to big changes in her health and fitness.

Lena has gotten very good at eating the right number of calories that her body needs.  She also participates in the Highbanks and Sharon Woods group walks every week.  She loves to walk and logs over 20 miles a week.  She recently completed the 2007 Columbus half-marathon!

Lena hears on a daily basis how great she looks.  When asked if she is tired of all the compliments and questions, she says absolutely not.  The most common question she receives is "how did you do it?".  Her reply is "by consuming the right amount of calories for me, working out consistently with my trainer, walking a lot, and attending the weight loss group".
