SMALL GROUP
STRENGTH TRAINING Jud and Sue lead these fun, high
intensity group workouts that infuse weight training and
plyometrics with Yoga and Pilates. Looking for
results? Start coming to these Boot Camp-style group workouts
consistently and watch your body change. You can have your
excuses, or you can have results. You cannot have both!

Group
Have a group of friends or coworkers who would like to work out
together? Come in together and schedule your own class. By
appointment only. Keep each other accountable while getting more
workouts for your money.
Hoover Dam Boot
Camp
Aerobic conditioning and strength training done outdoors at Hoover Dam.
Sessions are held on Saturday mornings, weather permitting, in the
Spring, Summer and Fall.
