PERSONAL TRAINING
Personal fitness training will be
designed specifically for you. We use a combination of fitness
equipment including cardio machines, fitness balls, resistance bands,
free weights, resistance machines and much more to help you meet your
goals.
Training is semi-private.
We are not open to the public but
other clients may be in training concurrent with yours.
SMALL GROUP
STRENGTH TRAINING
Personal Trainer Jud Beachler leads these fun, high
intensity group workouts that infuse weight training and
plyometrics with Yoga and Pilates.
HOOVER DAM
Aerobic conditioning and strength training with
Jud done outdoors at Hoover Dam.
Sessions are held on Saturday mornings, weather permitting, in the
Spring, Summer and Fall.
YOGA We also offer a wide variety of Yoga
classes at every level from beginner to advanced. If you are not
